Booking, deposits and cancellations
The rules we actually work to, written the way we would say them at the desk.
Booking
An enquiry is not a booking. We come back with a time, and the appointment exists once you have accepted it and the deposit has been taken.
Deposits
The deposit is part of the price, not an addition. It comes off what you pay on the day.
Moving an appointment
A day’s notice or more and the deposit moves with the appointment. Less than that and we keep it, because by then the chair cannot be refilled.
If we cancel
If we have to move you, for illness or anything else, the deposit is refunded in full or carried, whichever you prefer.
Gift vouchers
Valid a year from purchase, transferable, not exchangeable for cash.
