What we keep, and for how long

Short version: your name, your email, and what you told us you wanted doing. Nothing else, and nowhere else.

What the booking form collects

Your name, your email address, the service you are after, roughly when, and anything you chose to tell us. It reaches the salon inbox and nothing more is done with it.

How long we keep it

Until the appointment is finished, and then for a year in case you come back and we need to know what was used on your hair last time. After that it is deleted.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell it, we do not share it with a marketing service, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Having it removed

Ask, and it is gone the same day. There is nothing to justify and no form to fill in.
